A W2W Parks booking is a small gathering of off-road vehicles and their drivers & passengers. Bookings typically are limited to no more than 15 vehicles with our average attendance being 10 vehicles. 

The structure of our bookings is designed to promote safety, efficiency, & smoothness of operations. First, we have all vehicles park in a single staging area where they can get their 4x4s ready, then a safety/drivers’ meeting is held (any beginners are identified), after the briefing a convoy style property tour is completed with mandatory radios being used to highlight property features & boundaries along the tour. Once patrons have an full understanding of the rules & the property, then they are free to roam in the specified off-road areas for the duration of the event, OR if the property is too large for free roaming then the convoy will stay together for the duration of the booking.

W2W Parks supplies supervising personnel trained in off-road recovery & safety (W2W Ambassadors)  to manage and run the bookings. Landowners presence for the bookings is optional. 

Duration

The duration of W2WParks Bookings ranges from 1-3 hours. For example, trail rides are often only 1 hour bookings and properties with more to offer run longer bookings for a higher ticket price. The W2W team will work with you to find your best booking options. 

Frequency

You control your booking schedule/calendar. You can host bookings as frequently or infrequently as you choose. Our typical hosts are hosting bookings 1-2 times per month, usually on a Saturday or Sunday. Twice per month can earn hosts more than $10K/year.

Support

W2W has a network of off-roaders that we use to assist in safety at W2WParks bookings. These W2W Ambassadors can also entirely run bookings for hands-off landowners. Many of our landowners are enthusiasts themselves & enjoy attending bookings!
