Where2Wheel’s mission is to make off-roading more accessible. We partner with landowners to offer 4×4 access thru hosting small, supervised off-road events.  These events are promoted by W2W, and sales are split 50/50 between the landowner and Where2Wheel.  W2W has helped more than one million Jeep, truck, & 4×4 off-road enthusiasts search where to go wheeling since 2014.

What does Where2Wheel Provide:

-Marketing & Scheduling

-Customer relations & communication

-Collection of signatures of legal waivers by ticketholders 

-W2W Ambassadors (safety staff) to w/run events

-Drivers’ meetings, safety briefings & procedures, and more… 

Typical W2W Parks Bookings:

  • Events typically run between 1 – 3 hours long
  • Typically 15 vehicles or less 
  • Land Partner Payments typically from $300 – $600 per booking

Many W2W Landowners have agricultural activities on their land, and as such can benefit from state level agritourism laws that provide liability immunity. 

Protections For Landowners

The Participant Agreement for W2W Offroad Parks provides several protections for the landowner:

  1. Assumption of Risk: Participants explicitly acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with off-road activities, including the potential for serious injury or death.
  2. Release of Liability: Participants release W2W Offroad Parks and its affiliates (including landowners) from any liability arising from their participation, including claims for injuries, property damage, or other losses.
  3. Contributory Negligence: If a participant’s own negligence contributes to their injuries or damages, their recovery may be reduced or barred.
  4. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify W2W Offroad Parks and its landowner partners for any claims arising from their own actions or negligence.
  5. Electronic Consent: The agreement allows for electronic signatures, ensuring its legal validity.
