As part of Where2Wheel’s mission to make off-roading more accessible, we partner with landowners to offer event based 4×4 access. These (W2WParks) events are ticketed & promoted by Where2Wheel, and then the tickets sales are split between the landowner and Where2Wheel (if you qualify). W2W has been helping Jeep & truck off-road enthusiasts find 4WD locations across the USA since 2014, and we have helped more than one million off-roaders search where to go wheeling.
What does Where2Wheel Assist with:
-Marketing & promotion of events
-Scheduling & coordination of event calendar
-Collection of & Signing of legal waivers by ticketholders
-Customer communication & inquiries
-W2W Ambassadors (vetted safety volunteers) to assist w/running events
-Distribution of Information for drivers’ meetings, safety briefings, ticket details, and more
-Varying pricing models (mandatory & voluntary/suggested) available to provide flexibility to landowners of all zoning/permit situations
Typical W2W Parks Events:
- Events typically run between 2 hours – 5 hours long
- Anywhere from 10-20 vehicles
- Land Partner Payments typically from $300 – $1,000+ per event (if you qualify)

All attendees are required to sign a specially tailored off-roading contract before the guest can receive his or her W2WParks event ticket. This contract is our landowners’ primary form of protection to minimize any risks arising from hosting W2WParks events. See Off-Roading Contract Here.
Protections For Landowners
The Participant Agreement for W2W Offroad Parks provides several protections for the landowner:

Assumption of Risk: Participants explicitly acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with off-road activities, including the potential for serious injury or death.

Release of Liability: Participants release W2W Offroad Parks and its affiliates (including landowners) from any liability arising from their participation, including claims for injuries, property damage, or other losses.

Contributory Negligence: If a participant’s own negligence contributes to their injuries or damages, their recovery may be reduced or barred.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify W2W Offroad Parks and its landowner partners for any claims arising from their own actions or negligence.

Electronic Consent: The agreement allows for electronic signatures, ensuring its legal validity.
By requiring participants to sign this agreement, the landowner can significantly reduce their potential liability in case of accidents or injuries.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE: W2W HAS A NATIONAL AUDIENCE TO PROMOTE & MARKET YOUR EVENTS. WE ALSO HELP WITH SCHEDULING, CUSTOMER INQURIES, AND CAN PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST WITH RUNNING EVENTS.
BUILT IN PROTECTION
W2W COLLECTS DRIVERS’ SIGNATURES ON WAIVERS FOR LEGAL PROTECTION AS WELL AS PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS’ MEETINGS & SAFETY BRIEFINGS. ALSO, W2W MAINTAINS PROPER GENERAL & LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR OPERATIONS.
