W2W Ambassadors

Where2Wheel Ambassadors are experienced off-roaders that enjoy helping others and sharing their off-road knowledge.  The primary goal of W2W Ambassadors is to ensure safety at each W2W Parks event.  Whether conducting recoveries or teaching beginners how to tackle an obstacle, it’s all about creating a safe environment.  Plus, W2W Ambassadors earn rewards and can choose between gas cards, gift cards, and credits at off-road shops for each event volunteered at.

Our Process

Tell Us About Your Experience

How long have you been wheeling? What different types of terrain have you wheeled? What vehicles have you been off-road in? What’s a recovery story that went well?  Tell us about a recovery that you would have done differently.  We’ll have a short conversation (phone or email) to verify your off-road expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

To serve as a W2W Ambassador you need to be comfortable with and willing to do the following: Run the Drivers’ Meeting at event start – rules, safety info, identify beginners, answer questions. Lead the property tour – convoy around property highlighting course features. Supervise event – watch for rules violations or reckless behavior, conduct recoveries when needed, and contact emergency services if necessary.
